The DPD courier will deliver the package to your home, office or other address of your choice.

Pick up the package with the ordered goods at a time convenient for you at the selected DPD post machine.

The courier will deliver the goods to you within 2-5 days on the territory of Lithuania

Parcels to DPD post machines are delivered within 2-5 days

Choose the time interval for the delivery of goods in major cities of Lithuania: 8:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 22:00. workdays.

In other areas of Lithuania, goods are delivered on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

DPD post machines are open 24 hours a day. per day, 7 days per week.

You will be informed about the expected delivery time of the shipment and the shipment number by SMS message and/or e-mail. by post On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS message with an estimated delivery time of 1 hour. accuracy. You can collect the goods from the DPD post office within 7 calendar days. If the ordered goods are not picked up within this period, they will be returned to the seller.

During the delivery of the goods, you will need to provide the courier with the PIN code received via SMS.

When picking up the parcel at the DPD post machine, you will need to enter the PIN code received via SMS.

Delivery to the Curonian Spit costs an additional 25 EUR.

If you notice damage to the package while receiving the package, immediately report it to the courier who delivered the package and write a package damage report.

After receiving the ordered product and signing the shipment document without comments, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in good order.

Cargo work

If the package you ordered is heavier than 31.5 kg, you will have to help the courier to lift it out of the car. If you want the couriers to unload and bring the package to your home, order the "Ordered loading works" service. Price: 18 EUR.
