Rotens devices are guaranteed for 5 (five) years. The device must be installed by a qualified installer. The condition for keeping the warranty is technical maintenance inspections performed by a qualified installer: for air conditioners installed in residential premises at least once a year; checking air conditioners installed in office premises at least twice a year.
